Founded in January of 2005, Zerini Equities, Inc., commenced operations in January of 2008, in order to structure the finest investment advisory strategy possible and to perform our necessary due diligence. Seeking to become an independent contractor first, the aim of Zerini Equities was to discover the paramount choice of the right custodian (i.e., reasonable cost reductions, developing up to the point of services, etc.), trading platform and data providers.

Independent and privately held, the founder, Richard N. Zeithammel, established the Registered Investment Advisory firm with the goal to be an all-encompassing wealth management service that provides sound advice for our clients' long-term financial successes and to help manage their future.

With over two decades in the financial service industry—working for major financial firms in the U.S. and Europe—and investment experience dating back to 1985, Richard has proven to be efficacious in delivering sound, above average investment advice to his clients.

A graduate in Economics, Richard has learned and understands that integrity and high ethical and moral standards are indispensable in today's investment world. He also believes in being a specialist, not a generalist—specializing in deciphering the client's unique financial requirements and developing a personalized investment strategy to enhance individual wealth.
